Owned and operated by Felicia Dumont, a Passamaquoddy native, passionate chef, and artist who loves to create with food, The Toku Truck is a culinary adventure brought to life. With over 15 years of experience in the restaurant industry, Felicia has managed and cooked at several renowned establishments and owned her own successful venture, Harvest Bar, in her hometown of Bethel, Maine.

After closing the doors of Harvest Bar, Felicia embarked on a journey to coastal Maine, where she has been honing her craft, pursuing her non-culinary passions such as dancing, surfing, climbing, skiing, and hiking, and immersing herself in the beauty of Maine. Throughout this journey, she has cultivated a vibrant community and felt a deep sense of purpose: to spread the love she has received, and what better way than to provide her community with nutritious and delicious food?

Thus, the concept of The Toku Truck was conceived. It’s a place where healthy and creative meet tasty and filling. A place where Maine’s dreamers and adventure seekers can fuel up after long expeditions of the mountains or mind.
